Food, Fuel, Water Photo Contest
Win one of three iPads
Picture your favorite photo representing food, fuel or water in Nebraska. Now picture it on a new iPad.
You can be entered to win an iPad by submitting your best digital photographs taken in the state of Nebraska representing food, fuel and water to Nebraska Innovation Campus and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln by November 1, 2012.
The contest is part of an upcoming groundbreaking event celebrating the start of construction of the core facilities at Nebraska Innovation Campus.
Sponsored by the Nebraska Corn Board, Nebraska Soybean Board and the Nebraska Wheat Board.
The Contest
Submit a digital photo through the form on the right by 11:59 p.m. on November 1, 2012. One winning photo will be selected from each of three categories: Food, Fuel or Water
Photos must have been taken in the state of Nebraska within the past three years - not prior to November 1, 2009. A panel of professional photographers will help determine the winners. All digital files must be five megabytes or smaller, must be in JPG format, and must be at least 1,600 pixels wide (if a horizontal image) or 1,600 pixels tall (if a vertical image).
Timeline: Submission deadline is 11:59 p.m. on November 1, 2012.
"Nebraska Waters" Photography Contest
Photos of Nebraska streams, rivers, lakes, wetlands and/or plants, insects, and wildlife associated with the water are now being accepted for use in an educational game called, "Stormwater Sleuth," being designed by the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Stormwater Management Team! If one or more of a contestants' photographs are selected for use with the game, the contestant will be credited as the photographer on each photo, will receive one Stormwater Sleuth Kit when development is complete, and his/her name will be entered in a drawing for a $100 gift card to Best Buy.
All photos must be submitted no later than Friday, November 30, 2012, to be eligible to win.

Annie’s Project for Farm/Ranch Women
UNL Extension and Farm Credit Services of America host Annie's Project, a course to develop management and decision-making skills of farm and ranch women.
